Coach Sonia is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, Christian Life Coach, Relationship adviser, womAn of God and Author. Coach Sonia is dedicated to changing the lives of women around her and the world over. Two of her books are out this month (September) titled Awaken the Blossoming Woman in You and 12 Secrets to Blossom. She is also the founder of the ’Libre&épanouie’ program which is a networking program for young and ambitious women. With over 180,000 followers on Facebook, Coach Sonia social media presence is a testimony on how her outreach is reaching everyone one post at a time, this is also evident on the views on her YouTube channel Libre&Epanouie TV. Coach Sonia has been coaching for over 15 years in France and French Africa reaching out to thousands and impacting lives through her messages of inspiration, love and hope.

Testimonies abound of the lives that she has helped to take a positive turnaround and brought back to living a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle from the brink of depression, suicidal thoughts and low self-esteem. Called Coach Sonia because of her ‘electrifying’ preaching skills, she has a passion for women empowerment.
